I had been suffering with two hernias for many months before meeting Mr Sayegh. He was able to find space in his probably very full schedule just before Christmas. I was the first patient for that day, yet he did not rush me, or make me feel just a number on his operating list. He was very kind. Throughout the discussions regarding the operation he made me feel relaxed and confident that I was in good hands, literally. After the operation and in the evening, he reassured me personally that all had gone well, and did I have any concerns. No, especially as he had answered all my questions, and discussed fully how to take care of my lower stomach over the next six weeks or so. Thank you so much Dr Sayegh for giving me back a good quality of life again.

I had been suffering from an inguinal hernia for several months before I received an appointment for surgery. I met Mr Sayegh on the morning of my operation and he went to great lengths to explain the keyhole procedure to which I would be subject. He was very reassuring and listened to my few concerns, dealing with them in a very re-assuring way. The operation process seemed to go very smoothly and I was pleased to meet Mr Sayegh again soon after waking up. He explained what he done to resolve my problem, asked me if my right shoulder ached and told that the cause was the gas used to inflate the site of the operation. He gave me sound advice on how to proceed over the next 8 weeks. I am truly grateful for his care: the pain I was suffering before the operation has disappeared and I didn't suffer pain to any depth after the operation. It was a pleasure to meet him again at the follow-up appointment.

I am 84 years old ,and this was my first experience of having surgery, Mr Sayegh did a hernia operation on me.I must admit I was a little nervous about this procedure.Once Mr Sayegh talked me through the operation with his kind and patient way .I did feel more at ease.I felt I was not rushed.and gave me the time to ask questions. Mr Sayegh has a very kind reassuring bedside manner.I would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody. I was also well looked after by very caring nurses.also caring operating staff.

I underwent a double hernia operation performed by Mr Sayegh at Goring Hall. I could not have asked for a better surgeon.I have some ongoing health issues that he fully understood and throughout listened attentively and with great skill performed a two and half hour key hole surgery resulting with me having no pain and little discomfort. In my previous life ,as a solicitor , I was very cautious to make a recommendation ,but with Mr Sayegh I have no hesitation. In summary he is not only very skilful but is attentive kind and caring.A true professional.
